Strictly no return or refund is available from Altn8tive online shop on any product.Each vendor is responsible for such matters so always check the T & c’s. We have a great record of our products been delivered Australia wide and due to the nature of our products and the importance of anonymity being crucial in the longevity of our vendors being able to supply the customer we will not provide any tracking on postage.
